So yesterday I went to a dairy while on the road, to get my daily coke fix, I get a headache/the shakes i I dont have any...its probably purely psychosomatic, but hey, who's counting.
Right beside the door was a magazine rack. The top three shelves were secured behind plexiglass doors, and a padlock. Noting this, I took a look at what was in there.
Shelf one: Porn. Plastic wrappers and all.
Shelf two: Same.
Shel three: Same. And gardening magazines.
That must have been some muthafucking *Hardcore* shrubbery pictures in there, let me tell you.

Loads TV shows in a flashplayer thig in your brower, thus no need to download them. Has a good selection, but lacks BSG and Veronica Mars. Still, not bad though. Seems up to date with what its does have (ie, parts of S3 of lost).

Back from the Armageddon Tourney. Definitely one of the better ones I've been too, if not the best. Just a day long, didnt run late, very little stupid and annoying waiting (not like some I've been to/run.) And the best news, I won the Best of Faction coin!
Because I was the *only* one of my faction:D
Cheap, but hey, I'll not complain. Only 11 people there, and sadly I ended up with a by. But given I had developed a nasty headache (brought about by a terrible combination of lack of sleep, a mild hangover and thus dehydration), I didnt mind much. Gave me a chance to talk to the *highly* caffeinated _steelphoenix_, whom I think dismissed me as a another freak harrassing her like the bus driver before I introduced myself properly;)
Met lots of other cool people as well, including Chris "Vote Chris Baker for best painted", complete with pointing fingers and cheesy grin. It worked too. Had lots of fun, definitley there again next year. In fact, seems there is one in feb, and I think I'll be there for that. Time to get more painted. Would be painting now, but sadly the house is a damn mess after all the geekery, and I have to do something about it, so I dont go crazy(er).
Still, since work is fucking with me about getting the one day a month off I wanted when the hired me, I might look at heading to the Cityguard now and then. Probably more like then, as its a long way to go for an afternoons gaming.
I'm sure I had something else to put in this, but I cant remember. dammit.

Too much painting not enough sleep.
Almost had a grease fire last night, was trying to tempter the frypan, forgot about it until I smelled smoke.
Made the electric frypan go 'poof' when I filled it with water to tun it on and clean dinner gunge off.
Now it seems the plug I was using isnt working. Dunno how to fix that. All the fuses seem present.
Lots of painting done, lots more to do. will not have a finished army. Still, will have one hell of a lot more painted than I used to.
Fuck. None of the power outlets in the kitchen are working. Should have said, one of the fuses switches was tripped, so I reset it, but nothing seems to have happened.
Not my best day ever.

Anyway. The City guard are hosting a WM tourney this labour weekend, and thus I need to get stuff painted so I can enter (not that its a requirement, I just hate unpainted stuff). And decide what caster to use. Thinking a Vlad list and an Old Witch list. Or Butch. I hear people serious about winning tourneys dont bring butch, but given I've been playing the game for only 8 months, and I'm sure there will be people there who are comparative vets, I dont hold much hope for a win anyway, so I might as well smash stuff with Lola. Plus then I get to show off conversions of both casters. I havent converted Zevanna or Scrapy (or even primered them). I really have a bunch to paint. Dammit.
No real point to this post.

Thats right, another update! Thanks to Jarrod being the boyband he is:D
To avoid having my eye cut out my fellblade weilding madmen, I painted some more on them. Crappy drybrushing their skin. I wish I had the patience to blend/layer it up nicely, instead of this too dark shadows on pale skin look I have instead. But screw it, at least they arent undercoated color anymore.
Half the damn deliveries I had today had wrong addresses on the docket. None of which were my coworkers fault. Damn customers. Hates them. Hate it when they can barely peak english when I call to find out their real damn address. Stupid job. But still, its paying the bills, and winz can fuck off. Now *thats* hate:D
In other news, my wagaming club is having a painting competition, and I have entered some of my widowmakers. Picture here:

Its been 9 weeks since I last updated this thing. Yup, I'm slack.
I had work today, and it sucked. Not as bad as some suckage, but hey.
I think I may build some terrain tomorrow, the only question remaining is what? Continue on my river hexes, to go the the shiney bridge I built? Or some buildings, because I'm sick of fighting over goddam hills and forests. Might start small, like a water tower for trains and 'Jacks to refill from. Should be able to accomplish that in a day.
Or I could paint stuff. I have some Doom Reavers saying "Paint us, or we'll cut your fucking eyes out". They are mean like that. Perhaps I should listen.

So yeah, if you aint read it by now, I've had a job offer.
Should be good. There are some...licensing issues however:)
When someone build a truck, they note the GVM. This is the Gross Vehicle Mass. Basically, whatever you load in teh truck, it better not weigh more than this, or shit is gonna start breaking. The GVM of works truck is 4,600 Kgs. Work only paid user fees to have it weigh 4,000 Kgs.
Currently, a Class 1 license lets you drive any vehicle with a GVM of 4,500 KGs. So I need a class 2, because of the theoretical rating this truck can carry is 100kgs over the limit. I'm still only on my 2L.
However, on June 1st, the law is changing. Anyone on a Class *1* can drive a vehicle with a GVM of up to 6,000 kgs, as long as the load doesnt make the whole thing weigh more than 4,500 kgs. So I only need a class 2, for the next *8* working days. And god only knows how long its going to take Passrite to be able to book me in! So hopefully, for the next 8 days I'll have someone with me who has their full, and thus for the time being I cna avoid hassles (and time off), and just work and earn.
Thank god for work, and thank god for being able to walk there in 10 minutes.
